It seems when it's raining there is no that much wind, strange, but I noticed that anyway.

Day 1 - Tønder, Denmark - Schobüll, Germany
Tønder, Denmark - Schobüll, Germany.

Took a train from Copenhagen Central Station to Tønder which is on the border with Germany.
The train ticket is fairly cheap (150 dkk excl. bike) you book in advance on DSB Orange website.
Arrived to Tønder at 15.00 and started cycling south.
Slept in Schobüll camping.
